Last week was the 5th annual
Global Community Week at Zurich North America. As part of that celebration, Shelter, Inc. was awarded a grant to support our programs.
“Our grants program in North America helps nonprofits make tangible changes in the communities where we live and work,” said Mike Foley, North America Commercial CEO and Regional Chairman of North America for Zurich Insurance.
“Global Community Week is our way to acknowledge and celebrate the time and resources our employees contribute to their local communities.”
Shelter staff were also invited to participate in the annual Skillshare Summit—a daylong, professional development seminar where nonprofit staff can learn and share skills with Zurich colleagues. We would like to thank Zurich NA for their continued support of Shelter and our programs!
